Solid rivets are used to permanently fasten two or more pieces of material with pre-punched or pre-drilled holes. They are one of the lowest cost fasteners, can be used with most any material, and can be used for many purposes in addition to simply fastening (such as acting as a pivot, hinge, lever etc). The worked end of a rivet may be spun to produce a finished appearance matching the head of the rivet.
These are available in a variety of materials including:
Steel
Aluminum
Copper
Brass, and
Stainless Steel
Parts are made in standard configuration as well as custom per print, with different head styles and shoulder features depending on the design needed.
